One particular thing about this 14th commission is the manga-like style. Since the commission is black and white (except the eye's color) I used manga style word ballons and effects.. Turned out it went very well!
About the story, its about IF from Hyperdimension Neptunia getting captured and tied up. In this picture, she tries to look calm but she knows that she cant escape the bondage.. and eventually.............
